Cancellation Policy

Introduction

At Floating Sound Baths, we are committed to providing our guests with a relaxing and restorative experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to amend or cancel your booking. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business, ensuring that we can continue to offer exceptional service to all.

1. Booking Cancellations

All bookings are non-refundable.

Individual Bookings (Single Sessions):

More than 48 hours’ notice: If you provide more than 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment, your booking may be moved to a new date at no additional charge.

Less than 48 hours’ notice: Bookings cannot be refunded or rescheduled when less than 48 hours’ notice is given.

No-shows: Failure to attend your session without notice will result in the full session fee being charged, with no refund or rescheduling available.

Group Bookings, Private Events, and Workshops:

More than 7 days’ notice: If you provide more than 7 days’ notice prior to your scheduled booking, your session may be moved to a new date at no additional charge.

3–7 days’ notice: Bookings cannot be refunded. A one-time reschedule may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability.

Less than 72 hours’ notice: No refunds or rescheduling are available for group bookings, private events, or workshops cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice.

2. How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us via our Contact page. Cancellations or changes are only valid once you have received a confirmation from us.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session. If you are delayed, please let us know as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting subsequent guests. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your session may be cancelled and treated as a no-show, with the full fee charged.

4. Gift Vouchers and Promotional Offers

Gift vouchers and promotional offers are non-refundable and subject to the standard cancellation policy.

If you wish to reschedule a session booked with a gift voucher, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid losing the voucher’s value.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. If you are unable to attend your session due to serious illness, bereavement, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review such cases on an individual basis and may offer to reschedule your session at our discretion.

6. Cancellations by Floating Sound Baths

In the rare event that we must cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at a convenient time. We will always endeavour to provide as much notice as possible.

7. Policy Updates

Floating Sound Baths reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all future bookings.
