Yes I can hold private sound baths in a variety of locations including floating sound baths either in your own pool or one I can hire nearest to your preferred location. Please message me privately for prices and more information.

Floating sound baths will usually have between 8-12

For a floating sound bath you might find you feel comfortable wearing swim wear or shorts and t-shirt. You can wear leggings or comfy trousers if you would prefer but you will need to roll these up for pool entry. Most of our pools have limited changing areas so please bare this in mind.

For the floating sound bath you’ll need to bring a towel, drink and change of clothes for after should you get wet.  You are welcome to bring an eye mask and blanket if you wish

We would suggest some water confidence is necessary for you to partake in this activity although most of our pools are shallow enough for most to touch the ground some are 2m.  If you are concerned please pop me an email so we can discuss further.

You will be assisted on to your float easiest way is back to the float sit back and bring your head and legs up.

You need to be over 18 to participate in a floating sound bath session.

Floating sound baths are generally suitable for most adults. However, those with specific medical conditions (such as epilepsy, severe skin allergies, or mobility issues) should consult their healthcare provider before attending.

Sessions last 1 hour, unless specified.

Expect a calm and welcoming environment. You’ll be guided through the process, provided with flotation aids, and transported by soothing sounds. Most people experience deep relaxation and a renewed sense of wellbeing.

Most are between 1.2m – 2m

Yes I use several different pools they are all heated to around 30 degrees.

With the floating sound baths if you have decreased mobility you may find it difficult to get on and off the floats please contact me to discuss further.
