Arrival
You’ll be warmly welcomed by Emma, who will explain the session and how to get on and off the floats safely. She’ll share which instruments will be used and what to expect from the sound journey.
Entering the Float Environment
You’ll be assisted onto floating mats. Bring or request: eye mask, water, and a blanket for comfort. Temperature in our pools typically ranges from 29–32°C.
The Sound Experience
Sound vibrations are played in the room and travel through the water to your body, creating an immersive, full-body experience that enhances relaxation and presence.
During the Session
Sessions typically last about 60 minutes. You may drift into a meditative or semi-dreamlike state, often feeling weightless, warm, and safe—a true floating meditation.
After the Session
You’ll be gently brought back round and supported as you transition off the mat at your own pace.
What to bring
- Eye mask (optional but recommended), water, and a blanket for warmth.
- Towel or robe can also be handy if you’d like.
